Who Am I

My name is Allan Riddle, and I’m a creative individual with a deep passion for technology and design. My journey with the internet began in 1985 when, thanks to some great friends, I gained access through my local college’s shell account at the age of 15 — before the internet was open to the public. Even back then, I saw its immense potential, which inspired me to focus on computers, the internet, and the growing community around them.

I’ve always had a passion for art and graphic design, paired with a natural ability for programming. Over the years, I’ve embraced the idea that continuous learning is the key to success. I’ve made it a habit to seek out new knowledge every day. Whenever I encountered something new that I didn’t know how to do, I was determined to learn it—whether through books, online resources, or guidance from friends. Through practice and dedication, I’ve developed a diverse skill set that allows me to bring ideas to life.

With over 25 years of real-world experience, I’ve worked with on designs for both web and print, written code to support those designs, and combined these elements to create compelling content. As a creative, I’m always pushing myself to improve, constantly striving to elevate my skills and my work.
